This policy explains what we collect when you ask us for an offer, what we do with it, and who else sees it. It covers this website and the offer pages we send you.

Information we collect

What you give us. The address of the property, your phone number, your name, your email address, the price you are hoping for, details about the house such as bedrooms, bathrooms, square footage and condition, and any photos you upload.

What we record automatically. Your IP address, your browser and device, the pages you view, and the site or ad that sent you here. Some of this comes from cookies and similar technologies - see Cookies and advertising below.

What we get from others. Information about the property at the address you give us, from public records and property data providers. This describes the house rather than you.

We keep your details even if you do not finish

As soon as you have entered an address and a phone number we save them, and our team may call or text you about an offer - even if you close the page and never answer the rest of the questions. That is the point at which your details reach our systems. If you would rather we did not keep them, contact us and we will delete them.

How we use your information

• Work out and send you an offer on the property.
• Contact you about that offer and about selling your house to us.
• Verify the property and carry out our own underwriting.
• Prevent fraud and abuse, including blocking abusive traffic by IP address.
• Measure which ads and pages bring people to us.
• Meet our legal and record-keeping obligations.

Calls, texts and emails

When you give us your phone number you are asking us to contact you about selling your property, and you agree that we may call and text you at that number, including using automated dialing systems and prerecorded or artificial voice messages. Consent to those calls and texts is not a condition of any purchase. Message and data rates may apply and message frequency varies. Reply STOP to any text to stop receiving them, or HELP for help. You can ask us to stop calling at any time by telling the person who calls or by emailing us at the address below.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information for money. We do share it with:

• The customer relationship system and the tools our team uses to follow up on your inquiry, including cloud storage for the documents and photos on your file.
• The marketing agency that runs our advertising, which receives the inquiries arriving through the campaigns it manages so that it can measure them.
• Advertising and analytics providers, as described below.
• Property data and valuation providers, which receive the property address in order to return information about it.
• Our professional advisers, title companies and the other parties needed to complete a purchase, if you go ahead with a sale.
• Anyone we are required to share it with by law.

Sharing information with advertising platforms may count as "sharing" or as processing for targeted advertising under some state privacy laws, even though no money changes hands.

Cookies and advertising

We use cookies and similar technologies to run the site, remember your progress through the offer questions, and measure our advertising.

• Meta Pixel. Some of our pages load the Meta (Facebook) Pixel, which reports to Meta that a visit or an inquiry happened so that we can measure and target our advertising. You can control how Meta uses this in your Facebook and Instagram ad settings.
• Attribution provider. We use a third-party attribution tool that records which ad or campaign brought you to the site.
• Analytics. We use our own self-hosted analytics to count page views. It does not follow you to other websites.

You can block cookies in your browser, though parts of the offer flow may then stop working properly. We do not currently respond to browser Do Not Track signals.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiry records for as long as we are working with you, and afterwards for as long as we need them for our own records, to handle disputes and to meet our legal obligations. Ask us to delete your information and we will, unless we are required to keep it.

Security

We protect your information with access controls, encryption in transit and the other measures we judge appropriate. No website or system is completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security.

Your choices

Email us at privacy@quickdirectsale.com to ask what we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, or to stop hearing from us. We may need to verify who you are before we act. Depending on where you live you may have further rights under your state law, and we will honor those where they apply.

Children

This site is not intended for anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes to this policy

We will post any changes on this page and update the date at the top.
